This journey offers a perfect blend of scenic landscapes, cultural exploration, and luxury transport for an unforgettable travel experience.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A deposit or full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• A booking confirmation will be sent once payment is received.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy:
  • 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time for full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, 100% charge applies.

3. Modifications

• Changes to the itinerary must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the trip.
• Additional charges may apply for changes made after this time.

4. Luggage

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with vehicle space limitations.
• Any excess luggage or special items must be communicated in advance.

5. Delays

• The driver will monitor flight delays for the airport pick-up.
• Any unexpected delays outside the scheduled itinerary may incur additional charges.

6. Special Requests

• All special requests (e.g., female driver, vehicle preferences, etc.) must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

7. Payment

• Full payment is due before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash on the day of service.

8. Insurance

• Passengers are advised to ensure personal travel insurance is in place. The transportation service provides basic insurance coverage for the vehicle and chauffeur.

9. Driver Accommodation & Meals

• Accommodation and meals for the driver are included in the package as per the itinerary. Additional requests or special accommodations for the driver may incur extra costs.

10. Liability

• Localrydes GmbH is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the trip. Passengers should ensure their belongings are secure during the journey.
