1. Behavior Guidelines

Professionalism
  • Exhibit a calm, confident, and composed demeanor at all times.

Situational Awareness
  • Remain vigilant and aware of surroundings during all trips.
  • Monitor for potential security risks, such as unusual vehicles or individuals.
  • Notify the appropriate personnel immediately if a security concern arises.


Confidentiality
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger identity, itinerary, and conversations.

Punctuality and Preparedness
  • Arrive 15–20 minutes early for assignments to inspect the vehicle and review the trip itinerary.
