What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Credit Card, in-car pay terminals, and Cash payments. Cash payments are made directly to the driver. It is recommended to have the exact amount at hand. Additional payment methods will be added shortly.

What vehicles do you offer?

We offer a wide selection of vehicle categories from Hatchbacks, Convertibles, Coupes, and Sedans, to Station Wagons, SUVs, Pickups, Minivans, Stretch Limos, and Busses. Our Vehicles are divided into 3 main categories: Economy, Business, and Luxury depending on available options and amenities.

Where will I find my chauffeur when I arrive?

In most cases your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrival hall after customs with a personalized name board.

How long will my chauffeur wait for me ?

For pickups from the airport or train station, your chauffeur will wait 30 minutes before leaving the pickup point. The first 30 minutes are complimentary, and you may incur charges for additional waiting time.

For pickups from the hotel or a private address, your chauffeur will wait 15 minutes before leaving the pickup point. The first 15 minutes are complimentary, and you may incur charges for additional waiting time.

The complimentary waiting time may vary from provider to provider. You will find detailed information in your booking confirmation.

What should I do in case my flight is delayed?

Your chauffeur is responsible for monitoring your flight and being at the pickup point in time when you arrive. There are no additional charges in case your flight is delayed.

How many hours does daily disposal include?

For daily disposals the standard drive-time is 8 hours per day. Additional hours will be calculated via the hourly rate defined by the provider.

How do I find out the luggage capacity of the vehicles?

You can see the maximum luggage capacity of each vehicle when booking, next to the bag symbol. You will also see the amount of people that each vehicle can carry.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

To ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and the safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted in the vehicles. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking.

Violating this policy can result in additional charges.

Can I bring food and drinks into the car?

To ensure cleanliness of the vehicle we discourage consuming food and drinks in the vehicles. Alcoholic beverages are only allowed to be consumed in the vehicle with prior consent from the driver and in agreement of local laws as well as age restrictions.

Are there any other costs beside the booking price that I need to be aware of?

No, there are no additional fees or hidden costs, and all prices are inclusive to VAT.

How can I edit or cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, you need to login to the website or app using your booking reference number. Cancellation policies may differ from provider to provider, so please make sure to check your reservation confirmation for further information.

Where do I find my driver’s details?

Your driver’s details will be sent by email or text message shortly before your pickup.

What is included in my fare?

When you book through Localrydes, you pay an all-inclusive fare, not subject to hidden fees or surcharges.
